From version 2.1.11.2 onward the WebApp package will collect usage data using a background thread to sent bundled usage information via HTTP to 51Degrees. If you do not wish to share usage data with 51degrees this feature can be turned off by setting SHARE_USAGE to false in Constants.java file of the WebApp project.

The Core package does not share any usage information.
